APECO services include the continuous exposure of the use of American Services and technologies to solve some of the infrastructure problems of Africa in a private initiative driven solution.

While APECO can be encouraged to identify the projects and profit making ventures in the Sub-Saharan region, the final choice of which project to participate in would depend on the interests and capabilities of companies in partnership.

APECO would act as facilitators to contact the various government agencies in the sub region to check the following:

• -Viability of Proposed Projects
• -Writing of Business Plan
• -Acceptability by the government of chosen region
• -Prevailing profit expectation on investments in the last 3-5 years in the industrial sector.
• --Financial assistance for funding of Projects from existing American Financial Overseas Agencies like the Exim Bank, Export - Import Bank of America, OPIC - Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the Dept of Commerce - USAID etc etc
• -American Technical Support company recommended for intended overseas projects
• -Project monitoring and Financing from its beginning stage to completion
• -Advising in Shipping and insurances plans on Projects
• -Online business links and trade contacts.
